Supported Housing Site, Delivered in Under Two Weeks

Afeni Properties designs and delivers supported and specialist housing across Bristol, Bath and the South West, working with local authorities, housing associations and care providers. As a new venture they needed a credible public presence quickly — one that could speak to commissioning partners, and answer honest questions from local communities about building near habitats.

We delivered the entire site in under two weeks, brief to launch, on the same modern stack we use for our own work: Next.js with Payload CMS behind it, so the Afeni team can add developments and content without coming back to us. Every illustration and graphic was produced in-house rather than pulled from a stock library, which is what gives the site its own look and keeps it consistent as it grows.

The launch build covers the core story — supported and specialist housing, turnkey development from land acquisition to handover, and the ecology-led approach of surveying, retaining and enhancing habitat on every site — plus a developments section that grows with each scheme. It is deliberately a first phase: as Afeni Properties expands, we will develop the site alongside the business.
