IT Services for Non-Profit Organisations in the UK

IT, software, and managed support for UK charities, CICs, and community groups — Gift Aid donation flows, bespoke CRMs, and Cyber Essentials.

Non-profit sector hero

Overview

Charities and community organisations have to do the same compliance work as a commercial business — Gift Aid, GDPR, PCI when there’s donation handling — on a fraction of the budget and with volunteers in the loop. The systems we build for this sector are pitched accordingly: small enough to maintain, robust enough to audit.

Recent work includes a Gift Aid-compliant donation platform for Fund My Masjid, a bespoke CRM for Babbasa to track thousands of young people through their programmes, and a content site for Bristol Black History Month. Each was scoped for the team that has to live with it after launch.

We also handle the day-to-day — Microsoft 365 administration, Cyber Essentials, and the small-but-frequent IT questions that otherwise eat trustees’ time.

The process

Discovery first — what the organisation actually does, who runs the systems day to day, and what budget and funder reporting allow. We then plan in phases that fit the cycle of a charity rather than a corporate roadmap, with documentation and training pitched at the people (often volunteers or part-time staff) who’ll inherit it. Ongoing support continues at a pace that suits the organisation.
