Compliance — GDPR, PCI for stored cards, Cyber Essentials where procurement asks for it — is part of the build, not a separate exercise.

We map the booking and operational flow as it actually runs today, including the edge cases admin staff handle by hand. From there we scope the smallest useful piece of automation, ship it, and add the next layer in iterations the team can absorb. Where bookings touch payments, we keep PCI scope tight — typically using Stripe — so the audit boundary stays manageable.
