An HR system, rebuilt for modern UK teams

LunaHR is our HR platform for UK teams between roughly 10 and 250 people — a segment that's historically been served by either thinly-featured starter products or expensive enterprise HRIS suites. Neither feels right when you're growing fast and your day involves shifting between hiring, IT kit, and the inbox.

We rebuilt LunaHR from the ground up in 2026 on Next.js (with React Server Components), Convex for the data layer, and Clerk for identity. The new build ships with AI expense capture, performance & 1:1 management, IT asset tracking with QR check-in / check-out, document signing with a searchable filing cabinet, and custom fields and policies that bend to how each team actually operates.

The result is a single, configurable system that replaces the spreadsheet-and-tab-soup most growing teams are stuck with — fast enough for managers to actually use, secure enough to handle real employment data, and built on a stack we'll happily live on for the next decade.
