Maggies, a UK charity supporting people with cancer and their families, needed a robust solution to manage their network of websites. Initially, the project was at risk of failing, and we were approached to step in and rescue it. Known for taking on complex challenges that others might shy away from, we developed a pragmatic plan to regain trust and ensure the project’s success.

The result was a scalable content management system (CMS) built within budget and on schedule. The new CMS structure allows Maggies’ team to easily manage and update content across multiple sites, improving operational efficiency and empowering staff to customize website elements with ease.
