Munch Case Study

Munch Project

Munch, similar to LunaHR is a startup of ours. It’s a multi-service food application that connects food outlets with customers, without excruciating fees. We help both the customer and the outlet save money whilst offering them an intuitive and modern platform.

01

The situation

Competitors are charging extortionate amounts to handle food ordering, we wanted to offer a cost effective solution.

02

The Opportunity

Working directly with local food outlets, we could develop a platform that goes above and beyond to meet their requirements.

03

The Outcome

An effective platform that has helped food businesses still turn a profit during the Coronavirus.

01

The Situation

We were surprised when we heard about the extortionate fees competitors charge per food order. Moreover, we failed to find a platform that suited all businesses and focused on local food outlets, instead of large commercial brands. This gave us the enthusiasm to create Go Munch and offer an array of features.

02

The Opportunity

Go Munch was established in Bristol and we are focusing on working with local businesses here. Thankfully we had some early adopters who have helped shape the platform, especially during the Coronavirus. This difficult time has allowed us to innovate to ensure Go Munch food partners can continue to operate. A perfect example of this would be our QR code table orders, sending orders directly to the kitchen while avoiding unnecessary contact.

03

The Outcome

Go Munch has an exciting future ahead. Development started this year – successfully launching 4 fundamental features, with another two in the pipeline. Establishing and working with local food businesses, we have already started to grow our customer base.

Partners have already enjoyed discounts using this application, while customers have made the most out of promotions and coupons.
