BikeRadar, the UK’s most popular bike community website, wanted to reduce the high costs of hosting their large forums with Vanilla Forums. They explored self-hosting to gain more control and cut expenses.

We managed the full migration of millions of posts and user accounts to a self-hosted Vanilla Forums solution, seamlessly integrating with their new membership platform, Zephr. This ensured a smooth transition for all users with minimal disruption. The move not only saved BikeRadar thousands of pounds each month but also provided complete control over their forum infrastructure.

The forums however were recently decommissioned.
